I have wagered on countless of rounds of 21. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of money at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the casino.

I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this method or defeat the casino, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that vingt-et-un seems to be a match of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the bet back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a few years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this method! And a few days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!

You must understand that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the runs you notice wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of 10 dollar

Wager ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar wager

Wager $10
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $20

Wager $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial $20 bet

Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Bet $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager

Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial $160 wager

If you left at this point you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!

It’s hard to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
