I have gambled on millions of rounds of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have bet on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of bankroll at vingt-et-un. The gambling halls have made it nearly impossible to beat the house.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, nonetheless you will experience a lot of fun. This method is based on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a match of runs. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very enjoyable on occasion. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can lose a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar game.
Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original five dollar bet
Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Wager $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet
Wager $10
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar
Wager 20 dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar bet
Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the first $160 wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!
It is difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
