I have gambled on millions of hands of blackjack. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent a lot of money at 21. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get rich with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have an abundance of fun. This method is centered on the idea that chemin de fer seems to be a match of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!
I wager with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the wager back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 45 mins using this method! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to comprehend that you can relinquish a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Wager $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first $10 bet
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar bet
Wager twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total wager of $40
Bet 40 dollar
Take 40 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager
Wager $40
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar
Wager $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original $80 wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager
If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!
It is herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
